Managing Your Favorites

The Favorites feature lets you save businesses, restaurants, hotels, and attractions you want to remember or visit. Favorites are synced to your account so you can access them from any device.

Saving a Favorite

You can save any listing to your favorites directly from its page:

1. Navigate to any listing page (hotel, restaurant, attraction, etc.)
2. Click the heart icon (♥) near the top of the listing
3. The icon turns solid to confirm the item is saved
4. The listing is immediately added to your Favorites list

You can also save items from category and search results pages by clicking the heart icon on any listing card.

Viewing Your Favorites

To view all your saved favorites:

1. Log in to your VegasVox account
2. Click your profile icon in the top navigation
3. Select Favorites from the dropdown menu
4. Browse your saved listings, organized by category

Organizing Favorites into Lists

You can create custom lists to organize your favorites by trip, category, or any grouping that works for you.

Creating a List

1. Go to your Favorites page
2. Click + New List
3. Give your list a name (e.g., "Dinner Options," "Date Night Ideas," "Must-See Shows")
4. Click Create

Adding Items to a List

When saving a favorite, you'll be prompted to add it to an existing list or create a new one. You can also move items between lists from your Favorites page.

Sharing a List

Lists can be shared with travel companions via a shareable link. Open the list, click Share, and copy the link to send to others.

Removing a Favorite

To remove a saved item:

1. Click the heart icon on any listing to toggle it off, or
2. Go to your Favorites page, hover over the listing, and click Remove

Favorites and Trip Planning

Your favorites integrate with VegasVox's trip planning tools. When building an itinerary, you can pull directly from your saved favorites rather than searching again.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need an account to save favorites? Yes. You must be logged in to save and access favorites. Creating a VegasVox account is free.

Are my favorites private? Your favorites are private by default. Only lists you explicitly share via a share link are visible to others.

Can I export my favorites? List export options are available from the Favorites page. Click Export to download a copy of your saved listings.
