Your Data Rights

VegasVox is committed to transparency and respecting your rights over your personal data. Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data
  • Delete your personal data (right to erasure)
  • Portability — receive a copy of your data in a portable format
  • Restriction — request that we limit how we process your data
  • Object to certain types of data processing

How to Submit a Data Request

To submit a data request, please provide the following information:

  1. Your full name
  2. The email address associated with your VegasVox account
  3. The type of request (access, correction, deletion, portability, or other)
  4. A brief description of your request

You can submit your request by contacting us at privacy@vegasvox.com. Include "Data Request" in the subject line.

Verification

To protect your privacy, we are required to verify your identity before processing any data request. We may ask you to confirm details associated with your account. We will never ask for your password.

Response Timeline

We aim to respond to all verified data requests within 30 days of receipt. Complex requests may take up to 90 days, in which case we will notify you of the extension.

California Residents (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to opt out of the sale of personal information, and the right to non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights.

To submit a CCPA request, contact us at privacy@vegasvox.com with "CCPA Request" in the subject line.

European Residents (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). To exercise your GDPR rights or to contact our Data Protection Officer, email privacy@vegasvox.com.
