Photo Requirements

Technical Specifications

• Format: JPG or PNG
• Minimum resolution: 1200 × 800 pixels
• Maximum file size: 10 MB per image
• Aspect ratio: Landscape (16:9 or 4:3) works best for most placements

Content Guidelines

• Photos must accurately represent your current business
• No watermarks, logos overlaid on images, or promotional text
• No stock photos — all images must be of your actual location, food, or services
• Images must not contain explicit or inappropriate content

Your hero image is the first photo visitors see and appears prominently at the top of your listing. Choose your best, most representative photo for this slot.

How to Upload Photos

1. Log in to your VegasVox business account
2. Navigate to your business profile
3. Click Edit Profile → Photos
4. Drag and drop images or click Upload Photos
5. Select a category for each photo
6. Set your hero image by clicking the star icon on your preferred photo
7. Click Save Changes

Managing Your Photo Gallery

• You can reorder photos by dragging them within the gallery editor
• Delete outdated photos by clicking the trash icon
• Replace your hero image at any time
• Changes are reflected on your public listing within a few minutes
